2. Buyer Account

Creating an account on Aneri Curates is free for all buyers.

By creating an account, you agree to:

3. Browsing & Discovery

Aneri Curates curates and presents brand and product listings for discovery purposes. All product information — including descriptions, images, pricing, and availability — is provided by the individual brand and is the sole responsibility of that brand.

Aneri Curates does not verify or guarantee the accuracy of any listing information.

4. Enquiries & Brand Contact

When you submit an enquiry or connect with a brand through the platform, your contact details may be shared directly with that brand for the purpose of responding to your request.

Aneri Curates facilitates the connection between buyers and brands but is not a party to any subsequent transaction, agreement, or dispute between them.

All pricing, customisation, availability, payment, and delivery terms are to be agreed directly between you and the brand.

5. No Guarantees on Availability or Pricing

Aneri Curates does not guarantee the availability of any product or service listed on the platform. Pricing displayed is indicative and subject to change by the brand at any time.

Aneri Curates shall not be held responsible for any discrepancies between listed and actual pricing or availability.

6. Wishlist & Saved Items

The wishlist feature allows you to save products for future reference. Saving a product does not constitute a reservation, order, or commitment to purchase.

Aneri Curates does not guarantee that saved products will remain available or at the same price when you choose to enquire.

All content on Aneri Curates — including editorial images, brand assets, product photographs, text, and the "Aneri Curates" name and logo — is the property of Aneri Curates or the respective brand and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
